I have forgotten my Company ID / Login ID. What should I do?

Please contact your Human Resources Department.

I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

1. Please go to the login page.
2. Click on “Reset Password”.

3. Key in your Company ID and Login ID and click on “Reset Password”.
4. A new password will be send to your registered email address.

How do I change my password?

You may change your password after you have login successfully. After logging in, please go to Employee Dashboard and click on “Change Password”.

 
5.

What are the password requirements?

Passwords must contain:

  • Uppercase
  • Lowercase
  • Special Character or Numbers
  • 8 or more characters, maximum 12 characters

    Please do not reuse the previous 5 passwords.

    What are the supported browsers for eAccpay login page?

    For administrator, please use Internet Explorer (IE) Browsers.
    For employee self service, you may use Internet Explorer (IE), Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

     
    7.

    I want to use Google Chrome/Mozilla Firefox to view my payslip. What should I do?

    After logging in, please go to Employee Dashboard and click on “View Payslip”.

     
    8.

    The password was issued to me 5 months ago, however I did not login. Can I still use it to login?

    No, the password is no longer valid. You will need to reset your password.

    Why do I receive a message to change my password?

    Your password has expired. After logging in, please go to Employee Dashboard and click on “Change Password”.

    Can I reuse my existing password?

    As part of our security measures, the system does not allow you to reuse the previous 5 passwords.

     
    11.

    I want to change my email address / Login ID?

    Please contact your Human Resources Department.

     
    12.

    I typed in the password given in the email notification but I cannot login. What should I do?

    It may be due to a wrong spacing or character. Please copy (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the password into the login page.

     
    13.

    I requested for a new password, but I still have not received it. Why should I do?

    Please check your spam or junk mail folder for an email from eservices@stoneforestaccounts.com.sg. You can also inform your IT Department to whitelist eAccpay email address.

    Why do I receive the error message “login error”?

    You may have keyed in the wrong Company ID/Login ID/Password.

    Why do I receive the error message “account disabled”?

    Please send an email to support@payrollserve.com.sg with the following details:

  • Subject: Company Name – Account Disabled
  • Company Name
  • Full Name
  • Company Email Address

    Can I use my mobile device to view my payslip?

    You may open the Internet Explorer (IE) / Google Chrome / Mozilla Firefox app, login to the Employee Dashboard to view payslip.

    Is there a mobile app to view my payslip?

    Currently, eAccPay does not support mobile app.

     
    19.

    I am unable to view my payslip. What should I do?

    Please check your Internet Explorer (IE) configuration setting.

    20.

    What should I do to whitelist eAccpay email?

    You may contact your IT Department and inform them to whitelist eAccpay email address.

    If you have other difficulties to login, please email support@payrollserve.com.sg and we will respond within 1 business day.

    In your email, please state an overview of your enquiry with supporting documents (such as print screen or reports). This will help us to better understand your enquiry before contacting you.

    Our business hours are from Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
